Jason & Amber... bingo, in today's market you need the help of someone that can navigate and solve problems more than ever in today's market. From 2000 to 2005, this wasn't as much as the case. Many in the real estate and mortgage industries could sleep walk through.... and those that do this now, lose business or fall off. I have picked up more business just in 2008, that other loan officers dropped the ball on. I have closed 13 loans that other loan officers said yes to and then never closed.. and I was able to close all 13.... knowledge, experience, and able to think outside the box is key.
