...I've officially broke the 100 mark...
I've learned a lot here on the Activerain Real Estate Network and the net through this endeavor. I can only imagine where I'll be when I reach my 500th post.
I've been so busy working, it almost passed me by today. My 100th post was my Monday Market Minute real estate report. I posted it very, I mean VERY early this morning, I'm too embarrassed to say how early... Sometimes Activerain and all the ideas that come from it keep me up at night. Here it is, past 10:00 p.m. and I'm working on my new real estate podcast AND my Activerain Real Estate Blog at the same time thanks to another great post that Brad Andersohn shared on Web 2.0!
Anyway, I've recently celebrated Gita Bantwal's 500th post a fellow member of our national network - quite a commitment to her community I might add. Although I still consider myself a toddler in the blogging world, I'm sure getting my way around pretty well thanks to all the great folks on here.
So here's to my 100th post - "Whooohooo" I've made it to the triple digits.
I look forward to reaching my next mile marker through providing value to my readers and sharing your passion for real estate, community and everyday living.

Hi Brad - Thank you! Yep I'm in it for the long haul. I can really feel the buzz and see the benefits of blogs and some of the other tools you've been so gracious to recommended for our business and the consumer. I really appreciate your "quality savvy".
I'm finding that Lcoalism is just another great resource that works so seamlessly together. Topix, just emailed me yesterday, they picked me up as a local Sherwood editor on their news website. This platform has really helped to open the gates to the world wide web providing great exposure for our services and the properties we represent.
