America's Best and Worst Housing Markets - Portland Oregon Placed #4 in Best Housing Markets!
Forbes magazine analyzed monthly declines as well as year-over-year declines in home prices.

The data used was released Feb. 24 from the S&P/Case-Shiller home price index, 20 cities were examined in the U.S. on the basis of how fast home prices are falling, whether or not that descent is picking up speed or slowing down, and how many months of lost equity homeowners have endured.

With these figures in mind, it determined the 10 best and the 10 worst U.S. housing markets. Here they are::

Sherwood Realtors Host 4th Annual Community Tree Event, 2008

Every year, Jason and I like to show our appreciation and thanks to our clients and the community for your confidence and trust in The Gardner Team... and for celebrating a bit of the holiday season with us.  

This year markets our 4th annual "Community Tree Event" which we held again at Sleighbells in Sherwood Oregon.  We were honored to have so many come to enjoy the day and their gift certificate from us.  We also shared some hot coco, the grand prize drawing for the Nintendo Wii System was a huge it with over 100 entries for a chance to win and of course we kept Santa busy with plenty of visits and photos!
